Terms of service

By using toolgenx.com or buying any product, you agree to the terms below. These are written to be readable. Where law overrides anything here, the law wins.

1. Who you are buying from

ToolGenX is operated by İsmail Günaydın, a Turkish sole proprietor. Contact: support@toolgenx.com.

2. What you are buying

Digital products — templates, prompt packs, toolkits — delivered as downloadable files or license keys. Nothing physical ships. Products are sold to you as the named individual or the organisation you represent and authorise to bind.

3. License you get

  • Personal or single-organisation use of the product, modifiable for your own purposes.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files. Open-source forks of any included code are allowed only where the original license expressly permits.
  • Each license is keyed to one customer. Sharing the license key may cause our system to deactivate it.
  • The license is perpetual unless we explicitly sold a subscription, in which case the subscription terms apply.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or Iyzico. Both gateways accept international Visa, Mastercard, and Amex; Iyzico additionally supports Turkish lira pricing, taksit (installments), and e-fatura for buyers in Türkiye. We do not store your full card number. VAT and similar taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

5. Refunds & withdrawal

Our refund policy is global and consumer-friendly. See the refund policy for the full text. Summary: full refund for 14 days before download; no refund after download (you confirm this at checkout); replacement or refund any time within 30 days if the file is defective.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use ToolGenX products to build content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes a third party’s rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer license enforcement.
  • Do not abuse the support channel (no spam, no harassment).

7. Warranty (or lack of one)

Products are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that any product will achieve a particular business outcome. Where law (such as the UK Consumer Rights Act or the EU Consumer Sales Directive) requires a statutory quality warranty, that applies regardless of this clause.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (e.g., the EU Rome I Regulation Art 6 for EU residents) still apply and override anything in this contract that would weaken them. EU residents can use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Turkish residents retain their right to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti.

10. Changes

We can change these terms. Material changes are announced 14 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can request a refund of any active license that has not been downloaded.
